SETH GROSSMAN & ROBERT LOEFFLAD

SETH GROSSMAN is a 60 year
old graduate of Duke University and Temple Law School. He has
practiced law in South Jersey since 1975. His trial
experience includes both simple and complex personal injury,
real estate,
landlord-tenant, and divorce cases. He has also successfully
resolved many
difficult and complicated contract and other business disputes
by litigation, arbitration, and negotiation. He has also
appealed cases to the Appellate Division when necessary. A good
part of his insight comes from his personal business experience
which includes personal ownership of several commercial and real
estate ventures and long time representation of owners of major
commercial and residential real estate, retail and restaurant
businesses. Grossman also has practical government experience,
having been elected to City Council in Atlantic City, and the
Board of Chosen Freeholders in Atlantic County. He has also
been solicitor to local zoning board, a charter study
commission, and charter school.
ROBERT LOEFFLAD: is a 38
year-old graduate of Villanova University and
Villanova University School of Law. He has been a member of the
firm since
1996, and concentrates his practice in the areas of family law,
bankruptcy
and real estate matters. Mr. Loefflad formerly served as the
public defender for the City of Somers Point and has a wide
range of experience in municipal court matters, including drunk
driving, simple assaults, harassment, domestic disputes, and
traffic matters. He also has trial experience in a variety of
civil litigation matters. Mr. Loefflad was born and raised in
Somers Point, New Jersey, and currently resides in Linwood. He
serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic/Cape May
Counties Chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the executive
board of the Vincent C. Haneman Inns of Court. Mr. Loefflad has
been the attorney coach volunteer for the Oakcrest High School
mock trial team since 2000, and has participated in the Ventnor
City Recreational Volleyball League for nearly 20 years.
